SEARCH Manager, Mail Center Services Burlington, NJ Position Overview The Manager of Mail Center Services will lead and direct a team of associates and oversee a series of mail center responsibilities. The manager directs the mail center staff in the process of receiving then delivering both mail and packages throughout the corporate offices and warehouses. Oversee preparation of all outbound mail and packages. Owns all aspects of the record retention process in accordance with the policy set forth by the company. Manages and maintains the copier fleet for all corporate and warehouse locations. Manages the receipt and allocation of office and copy/printer room supplies. Displays experience with a variety of mail services and record retention programs and practices/procedures. Actively train and coach the team to ensure the highest level of customer service. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works very closely with the sample management team on creating efficiencies in the sample management program and assists in the overall program as necessary. A Day In The Life Lead the operational workflow and day-to-day activities in all NJ Corporate mail centers to ensure an efficient system and adherence to company procedures. Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Log and inspect all packages in accordance with CTPAT criteria. Manage the Record Retention process for the corporate offices and warehouses. Develop a process for filing, retrieval, and destruction. Register and train associates on the current system. Keep current with the company policy and regulations for record maintenance and destruction. Work closely with sample management team. Help create an efficient program of sample delivery to merchants. Assist the sample team with all style-out and strategy meetings as required. Manage, train, and coach the team to ensure they are providing the highest level of customer service to associates. Cross train team associates on all mail/package systems and equipment so they can provide timely assistance to the team when needed. Manage and maintain the copier fleet for the

offices and warehouses. Track quarterly usage. Partner with vendors and stakeholders on best practices for copy management. Manage expense budget by assisting with monthly budget planning for postage, copiers and record retention and proactively advise management of any shifts in business. Monitor the postage and small package shipping industry to identify potential products or services that lower expenses while increasing productivity You'll Come With Bachelor's Degree preferred Valid Driver's License Required; EMCM Certification Preferred Minimum of 7 years of full-time office services and record retention experience in a multi-unit office environment or similar environment Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a similar field of effectively directing a team of 5 or more direct/indirect associates. In office and off-site Knowledge of CTPAT package security program Knowledge of postal regulations and general administrative principles Knowledge of postal and shipping systems and online platforms Proven ability to work alone or with a team effectively under pressure and tight deadlines Self-starter mindset able to proactively foresee and resolve issues within day-to-day procedures Ability to present information clearly and accurately in both written and spoken form Able to communicate effectively with key internal and/or external stakeholders Able to maintain a safe working environment in accordance with OSHA and risk management requirements Excellent organization and follow up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Knowledge of Pitney Bowes, FedEx and Iron Mountain software.
