Delivery Driver / Warehouse Manager Railey Design - Friendsville, MD Railey Design, a premier home furnishings and interior design store located in Friendsville, Maryland, is seeking a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Delivery Driver / Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, strong organizational skills, and experience managing warehouse operations and delivery teams. Experience in furniture receiving and white-glove delivery services is preferred. Responsibilities Receive warehouse deliveries, including unloading freight and inspecting merchandise for damage. Document and report damaged merchandise and receiving discrepancies in a timely manner. Load, transport, and deliver furniture and home furnishings safely and efficiently. Review delivery orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Coordinate warehouse scheduling, inventory organization, and daily operations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and interactions with clients. Maintain professional communication with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Prioritize tasks effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to regularly lift and move items weighing 50+ pounds. Previous furniture receiving, warehouse, and delivery experience preferred.
