Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a driven and hands-on Warehouse Lead to set up and operate a new warehouse facility. The initial phase of this role will focus on executing the warehouse buildout, including pallet racking installation and inventory organization. Once setup is complete, this individual will lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Responsibilities Execute warehouse setup based on established layout (racking, organization, labeling) Receive, organize, and stock incoming inventory Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Load and unload trucks and deliveries Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Maintain a safe working environment and ensure safe handling of equipment and materials
