Job Description

Express Employment Professionals in Livonia is currently hiring a Warehouse Administrator for a busy and fast-paced liquor distribution facility . This is a 2nd shift opportunity ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling both administrative duties and warehouse support tasks.
Schedule & Pay Shift:
2nd Shift (afternoon/evening hours)
Pay:
$18.50 per hour Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming warehouse phone calls Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Log damaged inventory and assist with inventory tracking Maintain attendance records (breaks, tardiness, etc.) Format, update, and organize internal documents Conduct basic auditing of records and reports File, scan, and maintain documentation systems Provide administrative support to warehouse supervisors Qualifications Previous experience in administrative, warehouse office, or clerical roles preferred Strong data entry and computer skills (Excel and basic office software) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a warehouse setting

$18.50 per hour
