This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving productivity, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across receiving, replenishment, returns, freight, pricing, picking, and packing functions. The ideal candidate is an engaged leader who enjoys working alongside employees on the warehouse floor, developing teams, and continuously improving operational performance. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years supervising 20+ hourly employees Experience in a high-volume distribution center Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with inventory management systems Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree UPS WoldShip experience Retail distribution experience Experience managing inventoy replenishment programs Ability to negotiate warehouse supply costs and vendor pricing to support operational efficiency This role is responsible for leading a team that supports inventory fulfillment for more than 80 retail locations. Success requires a hands-on leader who can motivate associates, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and customer service. It involves supervising a team of approximately 25-35 associates supporting the fulfillment of more than 300 orders per week. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to conditions typical in a warehouse environment (i.e. cold in winter, hot/humid in summer). Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. The employee is constantly required to stand, bend, and kneel and to use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate objects, tools or controls.
