Duties Manage daily route schedules to optimize delivery efficiency and meet customer expectations Supervise and support delivery drivers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies Coordinate loading and unloading of packages Conduct regular vehicle inspections, including box trucks and courier vehicles Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Monitor route performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary Requirements Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or route management within a logistics or warehouse setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely on a daily basis Valid class E driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles Pass a drug screen and DOT physical Pass a criminal background check.
