Job Description

[Leapros] Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Warehouse Manager in Meridian, MS. The Warehouse Manager oversees daily logistics and inventory operations for a long-term hyperscale project in Meridian, MS. The ideal candidate will manage the receipt and issuance of materials, utilize tracking technology, and maintain a safe, organized environment to support field teams and project acceleration.

Valid Driver's License Responsibilities:
Manage the daily pick-up and delivery of project materials and equipment. Maintain a precise inventory of all on-site materials and tools using tracking software. Oversee the daily issuance of materials and equipment to skilled tradespeople as directed. Utilize bar scanner systems and basic computer software to document asset movement. Perform physical tasks including loading, unloading, and site cleaning to maintain a safe workspace. Assist skilled tradespeople with logistical support and material handling as required. Ensure all warehouse activities comply with established OSHA safety standards. Adapt to changing schedules, including potential shifts to six-day work weeks to meet project milestones.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory capacity is preferred. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with bar scanner inventory systems. Proven ability to maintain detailed records in a construction or industrial environment. Flexibility to work ten-hour shifts and adjust to accelerated project schedules. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus. Prior forklift operation experience is highly desirable. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Clean driving history required for material transport duties.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry more than 70 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for prolonged periods. Ability to climb stairs and ladders to access stored materials. Comfortable working in confined spaces and tight or restricted areas. Exposure to extreme temperatures and varying outdoor weather conditions. Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, fumes, and airborne particles.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated pay range for this position is $41 to $52 per hour, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
