Tomek Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced FedEx Manager to join our team in Jackson, MS, as a Business Contact (BC). This role involves both driving and overseeing delivery operations, akin to a managerial position, ensuring timely and efficient service. Responsibilities of a

FedEx Manager:

Drive and manage delivery schedules. Oversee and monitor delivery operations. Communicate with team members and customers. Maintain accurate delivery records. Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and safety regulations. Monitor the fleet and schedule maintenance and repairs. Assist drivers who need support in completing their daily routes. Monitor time commitments and pickups for drivers to avoid service failures. Maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support team morale and performance.

Pay:

$1,400 per week

One week of PTO FedEx Delivery Driver Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as a FedEx driver/manager. Must be an active FedEx Ground Driver/Manager Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work Monday through Saturday. Must be able to pass a Drug Test (includes test for cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.) Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
