We are a growing e-commerce fulfillment operation that supports Amazon sellers, e-commerce brands, and 3PL clients. We need a reliable, organized, and proactive operator who can run the floor, manage a small team, keep work moving, and help bring structure to a fast-moving warehouse environment. This is a great role for someone who has warehouse, logistics, retail management, military, production, or operations experience and wants real responsibility in a growing business. Position Overview The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse, including staffing, workflow, training, quality control, communication, and hitting daily production goals. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to manage people, solve problems, jump in when needed, and keep the team focused and productive. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations and make sure work is completed accurately and on time. Manage, train, and support a team of approximately 6-10 warehouse employees. Plan daily priorities across prep, shipping, receiving, returns, storage, and client work. Monitor productivity, backlog, staffing needs, and quality control. Make sure employees are properly trained and held accountable to company standards. Communicate clearly with ownership on daily progress, issues, staffing needs, and operational risks. Identify problems early and create solutions before they become bigger issues. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Help improve systems, processes, checklists, and workflows as the business grows. Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure client work is completed according to expectations and deadlines. What We're Looking For The right person is dependable, steady under pressure, and comfortable being accountable for results.

Has experience managing people or leading a team. Is reliable and communicates proactively. Can stay calm and organized when things get busy. Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do. Is comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. Can hold people accountable while still building a positive team culture. Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize. Is willing to learn our specific systems and improve them over time. Can run the warehouse without needing the owner involved in every daily decision. Preferred Experience Warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, retail management, or operations experience. Experience managing 5+ employees. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, e-commerce, or Amazon-related work is helpful but not required. Comfortable using basic computer systems, spreadsheets, shipping software, or task management tools. Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Compensation $27-$32 per hour depending on experience. Schedule Full-time position. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional flexibility needed during busy periods. Why Join Us?
