Job Description

Management Opportunity Conlin's Furniture is seeking an experienced responsible person to manage the warehouse, service department and delivery functions of our warehouse. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of warehousing, furniture repair and general management principles.
Responsibilities:
Meet delivery goals and performance standards Supervise, schedule, train, hire, develop and evaluate the warehouse staff Organize, maintain, and schedule customer service orders. Order necessary parts for customer/store merchandise in need of repair. Accurately and productively manage the repair of merchandise in a timely manner. Oversee Truck Maintenance Inventory control Hands-on back up for all tasks Company benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and generous employee purchase discount. Compensation negotiable - depending on experience. Requires previous experience. Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
