Job Summary UF Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock levels across our warehouse. This role is responsible for managing inventory systems, tracking product movement, and maintaining efficient storage and distribution processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and experience in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory transactions Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory Make sure warehouse inventory is organized and visible to customers Warehouse Operations Support Coordinate with warehouse staff on product storage and organization Ensure efficient layout and space utilization within the warehouse Oversee receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes Data & Reporting Track inventory metrics and generate regular reports Analyze trends to forecast inventory needs and prevent shortages or overstock Maintain and update inventory management systems Process Improvement Develop and implement inventory control procedures Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Team Leadership Collaborate with other departments (sales, purchasing, operations) Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations Strong knowledge of inventory systems and tracking software Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits 401(k) plan Health insurance Dental and vision coverage Paid vacation
