Job Description
The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, which supports resinous flooring and tile restoration projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, tools, and sundry items are properly received, stored, maintained, and distributed to support project execution. Inventory accuracy and project readiness are the primary functions of this position. The Warehouse Manager is accountable for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring materials and equipment are prepared and available for scheduled projects, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Additional responsibilities include overseeing inventory logistics, deliveries, managing crew loading and unloading activities, maintaining equipment and tool readiness, and purchasing stock items to ensure inventory levels consistently meet established minimum requirements.
