Full-Time Job Overview HD Switch is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager at our North Carolina location. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the floor, helping run daily warehouse operations, keeping people on task, and making sure work gets done correctly and on time. If you're reliable, direct, and not afraid to step in when things need fixing, this role may be a good fit. What You'll Do Help run day-to-day warehouse operations Work alongside the team processing orders, shipping, receiving, and handling inventory Keep employees on task and make sure company rules and procedures are followed Help train new hires and correct issues as they come up Watch attendance, timeclock usage, and general accountability Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Communicate issues clearly to management What We're Looking For Prior warehouse or shop experience (supervisory experience is a plus) Someone who shows up on time, every day Comfortable giving direction and correcting problems Able to work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs Straightforward, dependable, and willing to lead from the floor Schedule & Pay Full-time position Room to grow for the right person

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
