We are looking for a dependable , organized , hands-on leader to oversee daily warehouse operations while leading tent and event equipment installations in the field. This is a working leadership position — not a desk job. The right candidate will help manage warehouse flow , maintain organization and accountability , lead installation crews , coordinate equipment preparation , and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently. Previous tent installation experience is strongly preferred , but we are willing to train the right candidate with leadership ability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse organization and workflow Coordinate pulling, staging, and loading equipment for upcoming events Maintain organization and accurate storage of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and accessories Monitor equipment condition and communicate repair/replacement needs Help maintain inventory accuracy and accountability Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and efficiently for scheduled installs Assist with return processing, unloading, and equipment check-in after events Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse spaces Tent & Event Installations Lead and assist with tent installations and removals Supervise crew members during deliveries, installs, and breakdowns Coordinate with management regarding installation plans and daily logistics Troubleshoot on-site challenges and adjust as needed Ensure installations are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule Deliver strong customer service during residential and commercial events Team Leadership Help direct daily crew assignments and priorities Set expectations for warehouse cleanliness, organization, and job site professionalism Lead by example through work ethic, communication, and accountability Assist with training newer crew members on warehouse procedures and installation techniques Qualifications Tent installation experience strongly preferred Warehouse leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lead in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Flexible availability during weekends and peak event season What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during busy season Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed during peak season Flexible hours based on event schedule Work Location In person Warehouse and job sites throughout
