Delivery Coordinator - 2789

The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information to customers throughout the sales process. This position is classified as non-exempt from applicable wage and hour laws. Following is a list of certain minimum required duties, responsibilities and qualifications associated with the position, subject to applicable law. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle Ensures accurate paperwork and processes to complete a vehicles sales transaction Educates customers on vehicles features, accessories, warranty, paperwork, and maintenance schedule Introduces services (repairs and maintenance) provided by Service Department Follows up with customers post-delivery and addresses any concerns Reports any and all accidents to a manager Sets vehicle Telematics and G.P.S systems to dealership and manufacture specifications. Follows company safety procedures and policies
