Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Job Description:

We are looking for a conscientious and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations and manage inbound and outbound logistics.

Supervision of warehouse operations:

Oversee order picking and processing operations Develop and implement new processes for team as operations expand Supervise warehouse staff Maintain accurate inventory and conduct inventory audits Operate, maintain, and conduct training for warehouse equipment

Logistics Coordination:

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound parcel and palletized shipments Schedule deliveries and pickups Conduct freight disputes with shippers to correct billing issues Production Supervisor Manage production schedule to ensure adequate inventory of assembled items Maintain accurate inventory of assembly inputs

Client Management:

Serve as key point of contact for order related inquiries Communicate proactively with customers about order status Collaborate with sales to ensure customer satisfacton

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Reliable transportation Must be capable of 50lb lift Must be capable of safely operating a forklift Must be willing to take a drug test/background check Preferred but not required: Academic background (including high school) in any of the following subject areas: Computer Science Computer-Aided Design (CAD) 3D Printing/CNC Operation Logistics/Supply Chain Management Spanish language proficiency Process improvement experience Other information: Hours are M-F 8:45am to 4:00pm Health insurance not provided Two weeks
