Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is essential to ensuring our technicians have the parts, tools, and equipment they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts Coordinate purchasing and restocking of HVAC and plumbing supplies Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and accessibility Track and manage tools, equipment, and vehicle stock for field technicians Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, orderly workspace Work closely with service, install, and dispatch teams to support daily operations Oversee deliveries and vendor relationships Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse management, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or related trades Strong organizational and inventory control skills Familiarity with inventory management systems or software Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits package Paid time off and holidays Stable, long-standing company culture Opportunity to grow with a respected local business Why Join Brown's?
