This role is responsible for creating structure, accountability, and efficiency within warehouse and inventory operations while supporting store teams with timely product availability and operational consistency. We are looking for a leader who can manage people, improve processes, maintain inventory integrity, and build scalable systems that support continued company growth.

• Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse and store locations
• Monitor inventory aging, turns, shortages, overstock, and discrepancies
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and cycle count schedules
• Coordinate transfers between warehouse and store locations
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and receiving issues
• Develop stocking guidelines based on sales trends and demand Warehouse Operations
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, transfers, staging, and organization
• Ensure warehouse processes are efficient, accurate, and properly documented
• Create accountability standards for warehouse staff performance and productivity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
• Optimize warehouse layout and inventory flow Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
• Assist with purchasing oversight and inventory replenishment planning
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure product availability
• Monitor incoming shipments and resolve delays or shortages
• Support strategic inventory planning for commercial fleet and retail operations Leadership & Process Improvement
• Lead and develop warehouse personnel and inventory team members
• Establish KPIs and reporting around inventory accuracy, fill rates, transfers, and shrink
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to support company goals
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of inventory, warehouse, or operations management experience
• Experience managing high-volume inventory environments
• Tire, automotive, fleet, or distribution industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with inventory systems, Excel, and operational reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Forklift experience is a plus
