Job Overview The Warehouse Assistant Manager will support the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, picking and packing, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, pallet organization, warehouse cleanliness, and team coordination. This is a hands-on role. The right person should be comfortable working on the floor, using handheld scanners or warehouse software, lifting product, organizing pallets, and helping guide other warehouse team members when needed. This role requires strong computer skills and hands-on experience using ERP, WMS, barcode scanning, or inventory management systems. The Warehouse Assistant Manager will be expected to accurately process receipts, shipments, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and order updates in the system. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Support daily shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. Assist with inbound and outbound shipments to ensure orders are accurate, complete, and on time. Help organize warehouse workflow during assigned shifts. Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets for storage or shipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Inventory & Accuracy Perform regular cycle counts and help investigate inventory discrepancies. Use handheld scanners and/or warehouse management software to track product movement. Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and labeled properly. Help maintain accurate documentation for receiving, shipping, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Team Support & Leadership Support the Warehouse Manager with daily task assignments and workflow priorities. Train and guide warehouse associates or temporary labor as needed. Help reinforce warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. Communicate issues quickly and clearly to the Warehouse Manager or Operations team. Step in to help resolve day-to-day warehouse problems, including missing product, damaged items, order errors, or urgent shipments. Safety & Equipment Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other material handling tools. Follow all warehouse safety procedures. Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged product, or equipment issues. Perform the essential physical functions of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Required Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory experience. Prior experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, pallet building, and cycle counting. Strong computer skills and hands-on experience using ERP, WMS, barcode scanners, or inventory/order management software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliable attendance and ability to commute to North Las Vegas, NV 89032. Preferred Qualifications Previous lead, supervisor, or assistant manager experience in a warehouse. Experience with pallet jacks or other material handling equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience in food, CPG, eCommerce, retail fulfillment, or wholesale distribution. High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay:
