Warehouse Manager

$60,000 - $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Lead & Inspire:

Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of [number, e.g., 15-20] warehouse associates. Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Optimize Operations:

Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.

Inventory Integrity:

Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and robust auditing processes.

Safety First:

Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety protocols. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and a safe environment for everyone.

Data-Driven Metrics:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like order accuracy, shipping times, and labor efficiency to drive continuous improvement.

Vendor & Carrier Relations:

Coordinate with freight carriers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistics hiccups.
