Job Summary Deiorio Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly accountable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead all warehouse, freezer, shipping, and receiving operations within our frozen food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, on-time shipments, efficient receiving operations, and strict compliance with food safety and company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes ownership of results, drives employee accountability, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage all daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, and freezer operations. Hold employees accountable for safety, attendance, productivity, accuracy, and GMP compliance. Ensure customer orders are shipped complete, accurate, and on time. Oversee inbound receipts for accuracy, damages, and inventory transactions. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/WMS transactions. Enforce

inventory rotation procedures. Schedule and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational demands. Train, coach, and develop employees while addressing performance issues promptly and professionally. Enforce OSHA, HACCP, GMP, food safety, and company policies at all times. Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and operational challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, organization, and accountability. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Transportation teams. Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment. Qualifications 5+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience in food manufacturing or cold storage. 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance. Experience in frozen food manufacturing or refrigerated warehouse operations preferred. Knowledge of inventory systems, ERP/WMS software, and shipping documentation. Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards. Forklift experience preferred.
