$100,000 + We are conducting a search for a seasoned Distribution Center Manager to lead a high-performing operation within a growth-oriented organization. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, workforce engagement, and exceptional service delivery across all distribution functions. Position Overview The Distribution Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including inbound logistics, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and reverse logistics. This leader will foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development. The ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven leader with demonstrated success in managing complex distribution environments while aligning operational performance with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of daily distribution center operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and returns processing Drive operational excellence through the implementation of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure achievement of key performance indicators related to productivity, quality, service levels, and safety compliance Establish and maintain high standards for operational accuracy, service delivery, and process integrity Lead talent strategy including recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members Promote and reinforce organizational vision, mission, and values to cultivate a cohesive and engaged workforce Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, customer service, and commercial teams to optimize performance and customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse or distribution center management Proven track record in process optimization, workforce leadership, and operational execution Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functional areas Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package inclusive of performance-based incentives Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Retirement savings plan (401k) Generous paid time off Structured career progression and advancement opportunities
