The person we're looking for will have experience with the cannabis industry, a great attitude, and excellent attention to details. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers using company provided vehicles. Alternatively, some days will be full of packaging or fufillment tasks. You must have attention to detail and preferably have some Metrc or seed to sale knowledge. Duties Accurately pick, pack, and prepare and review orders for shipment in accordance with company standards and OMMA compliance. Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling and organization of items. Create logical delivery routes from assigned stops. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment. Packaging duties may include weighing, labeling, and counting among other tasks. A willingness to chip in where ever as needed is essential! Qualifications Previous experience in a cannabis fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients. Valid driver's license with experience in commercial driving or delivery driving preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
