This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, organization, and safety across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily order fulfillment , including picking, packing, and shipping Maintain accurate inventory control , cycle counts, and reconciliations Organize and optimize warehouse layout to improve efficiency and workflow Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability Ensure timely receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials Coordinate removal of waste, scrap, and recyclables , maintaining a clean and safe facility Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Communicate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery Maintain equipment, tools, and warehouse systems Qualifications Prior experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a warehouse leadership role Strong knowledge of inventory management and order processing Ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable with warehouse software and basic reporting Ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the warehouse as needed Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Stable, full-time position Opportunity to lead and improve warehouse operations Supportive team environment
