Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and team communication. The ideal candidate will bring together organization, time management, productivity, teamwork, and customer service to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and purchase order tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues. Support cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, dispatch, and technicians. Collaborate on developing and implementing processes to increase efficiency. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience. 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations. Experience using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office, experience with Service Titan a plus but not required. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. OSHA Certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical materials & equipment a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
