Full-time What You'll Do:

As a Warehouse Tire Manager, you will lead a team of 7-12 employees, overseeing the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks carrying tires, automotive parts, boxed goods, 55-gallon drums, and palletized freight. You will be responsible for ensuring all shipping and receiving activities are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards, while fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment. Here's what you'll be responsible for: Overseeing the daily operations of your shift, including loading and unloading trucks Managing a variety of products (tires, parts, etc.) in an organized manner Using your computer skills and SCAN gun (RT Locator system) to help track inventory Ensuring your team stays on schedule and completes all tasks in a timely manner Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who is: Experienced in warehouse management (at least 1 year) A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Dependable and able to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day Detail-oriented with good computer skills Punctual and able to work through the entirety of your shift Flexible with occasional overtime as needed

High school diploma or equivalent (Required) 1+ year of warehouse management experience (Required) Clean driving record and valid driver's license (Required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently (Required) Strong work ethic, great communication, and a positive attitude (Required)
