Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Experienced in managing delivery trucks and drivers. Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service. Scheduling and assigning employees to complete warehouse operational requirements and follow-up on work results. Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned. Your Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required. 5- 10 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
