Position Overview We are seeking a highly capable Warehouse Manager to support operations in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing environment with both domestic and international scope. This role requires strong computer proficiency and exceptional organizational skills, as the individual will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy across both physical stock and electronic systems. Candidates must have demonstrated experience working within ERP systems and other warehouse management tools, ensuring real-time data integrity, traceability, and efficient material flow. Key responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, staging, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system updates Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system data at all times Coordinate with production, scheduling, and procurement teams to support seamless operations Support material flow and inventory needs across multiple facilities, including international locations Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and shipping commitments Qualifications & Competencies Provide strong leadership and direction to warehouse staff, including coaching, development, and performance management Foster clear communication across teams to support efficient operations and collaboration Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and compliance Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize workflow Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse operations Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing competing priorities Experience in a manufacturing environment required; plastics industry experience preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's in supply chain management or related logistics field Five or more years' experience in warehouse and shipping preferably in the plastics industry Two or more years' experience supervising a team of employees Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Forklift operation certification (Internal training provided) Physical Demands Regularly required to walk and stand for long periods of time (3+ hrs.). Frequently required to lift, carry, stoop, bend and/or stretch. Frequently required to lift, push and/or pull at least 40 pounds in a safe method. Frequently required to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands. Frequently required to talk and hear others. Standard visual acuity required. Work Environment Noise levels represent standard mild factory environment, falling below OSHA action levels for required hearing conservation programs. PPE available upon request and for any required designated areas, including safety glasses.
