Hardinger is seeking an Operations Office Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, customer service, and administrative functions at our East Erie facility. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking a proven professional with experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory management who is ready to take ownership, lead teams, and drive operational excellence. This role serves as a key link between customers, warehouse operations, and leadership while helping drive productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the facility. Benefits & Perks Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with aggressive company match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 Paid Holidays, including your Birthday Professional growth roadmap with real operational mentorship Advancement opportunities and leadership development Stable company with a strong team-oriented culture Meaningful work where your ideas and contributions matter Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and storage activities Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) oversight Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions Ensure accurate receiving, shipment processing, and inventory transactions Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Leadership & Team Development Lead and support office personnel while coordinating closely with warehouse supervisors and team members Establish daily priorities and operational expectations Coach, train, and develop employees while fostering accountability and teamwork Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management Communicate operational priorities and lead team meetings Customer Service & Administrative Operations Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication Ensure customer requirements, timelines, and service expectations are consistently met Resolve service issues and lead root cause investigations Coordinate billing, purchasing, invoicing, reporting, and operational documentation Support labor planning, scheduling, and cost-control initiatives Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready facility Support internal and external audits Ensure compliance with customer requirements, SOPs, quality standards, and safety programs Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Required Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory management 2+ years of supervisory, leadership, or team management experience Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and achieve operational goals Preferred Qualifications Experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment operations Experience managing cycle count programs and inventory accuracy initiatives Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, and quality systems Experience managing customer accounts and service-level expectations Continuous improvement or process optimization experience Who Will Thrive Here?
