What You'll Be Responsible For Strategic Leadership & Talent Architecture Lead Macro, Not Micro:
Manage through sophisticated delegation, coaching, and strategic KPIs—not constant hands-on task execution.
Succession Planning:
Actively develop, mentor, and elevate supervisors and team leads to master daily workflows.
Retention & Culture:
Drastically mitigate turnover by creating a structured, professional, and rewarding workplace culture.
Direct Coaching:
Conduct high-level performance reviews and execute strategic development planning.
Operational Excellence Full-Site Governance:
Oversee all warehouse facets, including receiving, advanced inventory control, value-added services, and high-volume shipping.
Labor Optimization:
Forecast complex staffing needs and strategically plan labor to maximize profitability and volume demands.
Discipline & Standards:
Champion and uphold elite operational discipline and safety standards.
Client & Business Impact Executive Representation:
Serve as the primary operational partner and face of the facility for high-value warehouse clients.
Client Retention:
Ensure SLA execution is so flawless that clients actively choose to expand their business with us.
Process Alignment:
Onboard and integrate new business through advanced operational insight and customized workflow design.
