Distribution Operations Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary ( $70K-$85K ) Immediate eligibility for comprehensive health benefits Stable organization with strong growth prospects High-impact leadership position with advancement opportunities Distribution Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments Proven ability to manage and develop large warehouse teams Strong understanding of labor planning, productivity metrics, and warehouse operations Experience working within food distribution, grocery, manufacturing, retail distribution, or similar high-volume sectors preferred Exposure to Oracle ERP or similar operational systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement knowledge preferred Distribution Operations Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives Prior use or implementation of ERP/WMS solutions in a warehouse environment Distribution Operations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment Directly manage and coach supervisors and hourly warehouse teams for maximum productivity and performance Monitor and achieve key operational KPIs and service levels Identify and execute process improvements to drive operational efficiency Partner with organizational leadership to optimize workflow and labor strategies Ensure safety, OSHA, and company standards are met throughout the facility Support enhancements and upgrades to operational technology and warehouse management systems Cultivate a positive, team-oriented work culture focused on accountability and growth Grow your career as a crucial leader in distribution operations, making a real impact each day.
