Entry Level Manager in Training - Warehouse Division

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to work a flexible schedule of 40-44 hours/week (additional time required during floral holidays, 50-70 hours/week). Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or related business experience preferred. Possess a valid driver's license. Ability to use personal transportation is preferred. Good mathematical skills. General knowledge of computer software use. Exceptional EXCEL skills. Able to acquire the skills to manage, lead and supervise people. Able to commute to any Royer's/Stephenson's location. Able to handle confidential material and detailed reports. Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. Able to demonstrate creativity, leadership and "team player" demeanor. Must be a quick learner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn all aspects of the Warehouse operation. Learn to manage the Wholesale Operation. Oversee daily operations of department in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager. Attend periodic manager meetings. Order materials as needed. Assist in the preparation of flowers, gift ware, plants, containers, etc. Work as a straight truck driver, as needed. Maintain stock of standard containers, gift ware and supplies. Handle complaints when the manager is not available. Other duties as assigned. E.O.E. We do pre-employment drug testing
