Assistant Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Manger to support our warehouse operations. This position involves inventory control, data entry, and general warehouse duties to ensure products are accurately tracked and efficiently organized. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with inventory systems and spreadsheets. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry related to inventory, shipments, and product records Track incoming and outgoing inventory in warehouse systems Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing products Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies Maintain organized storage areas and inventory records Prepare orders for deliveries Communicate with warehouse staff and management regarding stock levels and updates Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience preferred Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel or similar inventory software) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Preferred Skills Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) Inventory tracking and cycle counting experience Forklift certification (a plus but not required) Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
