JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Manager This position is responsible for managing assigned customers, who will be based on the geography, complexity, and volume demands for any given Emerald Textile plant(s) or depot(s). A strong, focused effort will be made to implement Emerald Textiles' Linen Management Program(s), which consists of numerous on-site activities at a customer's place of business. Assigned accounts may change for various reasons. AM will work directly with the plant(s) General Manager, Service Manager, and Office to troubleshoot and resolve any customer-facing issues.
Visitations :
Scheduled customer visits - 1x, 2x week or as necessary.
Fixed Communication :
Report on customer S2C performance weekly and monthly.
Par Level Management :
Establish/Review par levels monthly and/or quarterly.
Floor Tours:
Review departmental par levels and understand customers' linen flow. Identify Overstock (Reduce as required) Review linen rooms and distribution areas Soil collection schedule Reject linen p/u schedule Trash audits Discharge audits Patient transfer audits Ambulance studies
Dashboard KPIs:
Set up dashboards to include the following. Fill Rate Soil to Clean On-Time Deliveries Reject %
Monthly Scorecard:
Provide customers Emerald's Customer Scorecard with APDs. Maintain Adjusted Patient Days updated in Linen Master.
Quarterly Business Reviews:
Schedule, organize, and present QBRs for your customers.

o Par Levels (Departmental/Linen Room) o Scrub Management o Loss Reduction o Policies and Process Improvements o Linen Helper Software o Delivery Schedules o Best Practices (Bed Make-up, Ambulance)

- A 40-50-hour work week occasionally exceeds more hours when timely tasks are required.
- Remote work occurs frequently.
- Travel to and from customer locations.
- Occasional overnight stay required.
- For the purpose of this summary, occasionally it is used to represent up to one-third of the time given to the workday, frequently represents 1/3 to 2/3 of the time, and constantly represents 2/3 or more of the time.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
