Lead planning, coordination, and execution of assigned workstreams within a multi-year enterprise data platform migration initiative. Drive delivery execution across Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, data pipelines, integrations, and analytics workstreams while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and priorities. Coordinate cross-functional teams across global regions, facilitating collaboration, issue resolution, and decision-making sessions to maintain delivery momentum. Partner with engineering, architecture, governance, and platform teams to ensure delivery plans align with technical feasibility, quality standards, compliance, and business objectives. Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics while providing clear communication and status updates to stakeholders and program leadership. What Gets You the Job:
8+ years of experience leading delivery for enterprise data, analytics, or technology transformation initiatives within large, complex global organizations. Strong experience supporting modern data platforms and cloud technologies including Azure Data Services, Snowflake, Databricks, and enterprise analytics ecosystems. Proven ability to manage cross-functional workstreams, coordinate global teams, and drive projects to successful completion within matrixed environments. Experience with Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile delivery methodologies along with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or ServiceNow. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational leadership skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment.
