We operate multiple tourism brands, including Go Hawaii Watersports, Waikiki Parasail Hawaii, and Waikiki Turtle Snorkel, and are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and growth-minded professional to help manage and optimize our digital presence and booking distribution channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves tourism, hospitality, digital marketing, and operations. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our online travel agency relationships, digital promotions, booking platform optimization, social media presence, and reservation system management while helping drive revenue growth across multiple brands. Position Overview The Digital Marketing & Distribution Manager will oversee online booking channels, affiliate relationships, digital marketing initiatives, social media management, and FareHarbor reservation system maintenance for our portfolio of tourism businesses. This person will play a key role in maximizing visibility, bookings, and partnerships while ensuring our products are accurately represented and optimized across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple systems, proactive in troubleshooting, and passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and digital growth. Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Travel Agency (OTA) & Booking Platform Management Manage and optimize listings across platforms including Viator, GetYourGuide, Groupon, and other distribution partners Update pricing, availability, photos, descriptions, promotions, and product content Monitor booking platform performance and identify opportunities to increase conversions and revenue Coordinate connectivity and integrations through FareHarbor and other reservation systems Ensure listing accuracy and consistency across all booking channels Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace positioning FareHarbor Management & Tour Development Troubleshoot and resolve issues within FareHarbor, including product mapping, OTA connectivity, availability, pricing discrepancies, and booking platform errors Create, update, and maintain tours/products within FareHarbor, including new tour development, pricing, schedules, add-ons, waivers, and seasonal products Manage promotions, promo codes, affiliate settings, commissions, and booking logic Coordinate with FareHarbor support and third-party partners to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity Optimize reservation system setup to improve efficiency and guest experience Affiliate & Partnership Management Coordinate affiliate onboarding and partner setup Manage hotel concierge, activity desk, and tourism affiliate relationships Assist with partnership agreements, commission structures, and account management Support relationship-building with strategic partners and resellers Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage social media content and engagement across multiple brands Coordinate content calendars, promotions, and brand messaging Monitor online reviews and reputation management Assist with marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and guest communications Work with external vendors, web developers, and marketing teams as needed Revenue & Distribution Optimization Help implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns Analyze booking trends and platform performance Optimize listings for visibility, conversion, and guest experience Assist with Google Business Profiles, OTA marketing opportunities, and booking growth initiatives Qualifications Experience with digital marketing, tourism, hospitality, e-commerce, OTA management, or reservation systems preferred Hands-on FareHarbor experience strongly preferred Familiarity with platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Groupon, FareHarbor, or reservation systems is a strong plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable working in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments Self-starter who can take initiative and manage multiple priorities Social media management experience preferred Experience with Google Business or digital advertising is a bonus What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: Organized and proactive Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems Strong with communication and partnerships Detail-oriented and highly accountable Comfortable troubleshooting booking and system issues Excited about Hawaii tourism and guest experiences Able to balance marketing, operations, and relationship management Why Join Us?
