Kahala franchisees and partners operate a portfolio of many quick-service restaurant brands including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, TacoTime and Baja Fresh, among others, in over 20 countries around the world.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in foodservice with extensive customer service and analytical skills. The candidate must also be proficient in Excel and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position is currently based on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Distribution liaison to franchisees, brand teams, Area Developers, Purchasing and suppliers Collaborates with cross functional teams including, Research and Development, Project Management and Purchasing Manages and resolves daily distribution opportunities with foodservice distributors and suppliers Generates reporting and analyzes usage, pricing, depletion and compliance Monitors and maintains order guides and special order guides for brands/DCs Executes accurate and on time Limited Time Offers with foodservice distributors Supports Purchasing during supplier transitions and new item launches Coordinates foodservice distribution services for new locations in new markets Participates in distributor business reviews and supplier meetings Manage discontinued and LTO inventory clean up Works with DCs to manage slow moving and deadstock items Supports distribution consolidations and transitions Manages Quality Control issues with franchisees, distributors and suppliers Write notifications for LTOs, new items, price changes Work directly with operations support teams and hold conference calls when necessary Assist franchisees, suppliers and DCs with product recovery Request and manage freight quotes

Ability to excel in high pressure situations and a fast-paced work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to work in a team environment with a customer focused approach Enthusiastic and service-minded
REQUIREMENTS
