Operations Lead Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment & Packaging Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping products sold through our online platforms. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an excellent unboxing experience for our customers....Its pretty easy

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and package customer orders according to daily fulfillment lists. Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipment. Prepare shipping materials (boxes, mailers, protective packaging, labels, etc.). Print and apply shipping labels Maintain organized inventory and restock packaging materials as needed. Communicate with management about low inventory, shipping issues, or order discrepancies. Ensure all orders are packaged neatly and meet brand presentation standards. Assist with returns, exchanges, and restocking when necessary. Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

Teachable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, label printers, and basic shipping software. Reliable, punctual, and able to meet daily deadlines. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

$20 per hour Holidays off
