This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with distributors and catalog partners, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and increasing customer engagement across key hydraulic markets. Key Responsibilities Distribution & Catalog Channel Management
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives across distribution and catalog sales channels.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with hydraulic distributors, industrial distributors, and catalog partners throughout North America.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and customer activity records within CRM systems. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for executive leadership. Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate sales performance, product mix, and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with catalog partners to expand product listings, improve content quality, increase product visibility, and drive sales growth through print and digital channels. Business Development
  • Drive growth through distributor sales teams by supporting joint customer visits, tech days, training programs, and market development activities.
  • Expand market penetration within mobile hydraulics, industrial equipment, agriculture, construction, transportation, and material handling segments.
  • Develop opportunities with strategic catalog and e-commerce partners to increase product exposure and customer acquisition.
  • Support the identification and development of new channel opportunities that align with Concentric's growth strategy. Key Performance Metric

  • Forecast accuracy and channel profitability Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in hydraulic systems or fluid power. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing distributors, manufacturer representatives, or channel partners. Experience selling hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, power units, or related fluid power products strongly preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, fluid power applications, and industrial distribution channels. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales growth strategies. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and business planning capabilities. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced role. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 50-70% domestically to support distributors, customers, trade shows, and business development activities.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
