Position Summary The Senior Manager of Distribution Center Maintenance is responsible for various Distribution Center activities including, but not limited to: Project management of replacement to critical operations equipment Ensuring facility systems integrity Material handling systems design and implementation Ensuring regulatory compliance Prioritizing investments across the network Capital financial management Providing operational engineering support across the network The position is also responsible for: Preparing subject specific budgets Control expenditures Overseeing adherence to company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner, with the Facility Services and DC Operations Teams, with an emphasis on communication, performance accountability, and positive employee relations management This candidate will also promote and reinforce safety, security awareness, and compliance among all associates. Required Qualifications 5-10 years' experience working in a project management capacity 5-10 years' experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Background in material handling systems Background in facility-related maintenance equipment and infrastructure Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization Ability to travel up to 50% on certain projects if needed Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience with Ariba, Service Channels, PO Issuing Platforms, Smart Sheets, MS Projects Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
