Job Summary We are a growing, patient-focused durable medical equipment company seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead our fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment for patients receiving mastectomy, compression, and post-surgical garments.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating and maintaining organized systems, and remains calm and personable while balancing multiple priorities. Experience with Airtable or similar database platforms is strongly preferred. Duties Manage daily shipping, receiving, purchasing, and fulfillment operations Compile product orders from team members and place timely orders with manufacturers Track outstanding orders and resolve backorders, delays, and shipment issues Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory Pick, pack, and package patient orders accurately and efficiently for shipping or store pickup Drive company vehicle daily from warehouse to store (approximately 20 minutes round trip) to deliver pick-up orders and additional stock. Attend bi-weekly team meetings at store. Maintain inventory levels through regular counts and inventory management processes Utilize Airtable and other technology platforms to manage inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment workflows Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and purchasing records Collaborate with Patient Care teams and vendors to ensure timely product delivery Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient fulfillment environment Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry standards Qualifications 2+ years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or operations Airtable experience strongly preferred Strong technology and computer skills Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Calm, professional, and personable demeanor Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented and dependable Requirements Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse-related tasks throughout the day Reliable transportation Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
