The Job:

As a Distribution Operations Manager you'll be part of our Distribution team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and effective operations Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People Develop and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise. Analyze production and operating reports to address and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance challenges, minimizing costs and delays. Formulate comprehensive operations business plans encompassing program requirements, labor hours, cycle times, costs, and company image. Lead change initiatives within the distribution center, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Drive a safety-first mindset throughout the operation

The Person:

You also have:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or other related field is required. 6+ years of demonstrated effectiveness in a distribution or manufacturing environment, leading a team. Experience with Automated DCs and or Autostore is a plus.

Proficient computer skills:

including Microsoft Office. Experience with

JDA, WMS

systems is a plus.
