Warehouse Manager

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Johnson City, TN area!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including onboarding, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, inventory control, and light assembly. Ensure all inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with customer requirements and carrier specifications. Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and thorough investigation of discrepancies. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations to promote and maintain a safe working environment. Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and equipment utilization to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Partner cross-functionally with departments such as Customer Service, Purchasing, Marketing, IT, and external vendors/consultants to resolve issues and drive process improvements. Address and resolve customer and carrier concerns related to shipping, delivery, and returns. Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, turnaround times, and inventory shrinkage. Identify operational bottlenecks and errors, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce inaccuracies.

Requirements :
