Job Description:
Executive Assistant + Office Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive person to help support daily office operations, executive assistance tasks, and fulfillment logistics for a company based in South Austin. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and helping keep a fast-moving office running smoothly. The position will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, though hours may vary depending on workload and projects.
Responsibilities could include:
Executive assistant support including email management, scheduling, errands, and administrative coordination Data entry and organization of internal documents and systems Assist with daily fulfillment and shipping operations, picking and packing Prepare shipping labels, organize outgoing orders, and track logistics Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Support various operational and business-related needs as they arise
Preferred Experience:
with e-commerce operations and/or ShipStation is a strong plus Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI tools, and using technology to improve efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience managing multiple priorities with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Ideal Candidate:
Organized, detail-oriented, and tidy Self-starter who can work independently Trustworthy and dependable Comfortable around dogs (friendly office golden retriever included) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Lives in
South Austin Position Details:
Part-time Approximately 25 hours/week to start
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour depending on experience Mileage/gas reimbursement is provided for work-related errands and local business tasks.
