Summary of Role:
Provide end-to-end oversight and accountability for technical solution design, build, and delivery across the assigned portfolio. Define and execute strategies to improve program delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability. Empowered to make team-level decisions and ensure alignment with program objectives and enterprise standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Define and govern processes for reviewing application, reporting, and technical requirements Drive scope decomposition, delivery prioritization, and multi‑release technology roadmaps Lead key design decisions (KDDs), align with Workstream Leads, and escalate via governance as needed Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of program deliverables Coordinate enabling team needs across design, build, and testing phases Resolve scope conflicts, program risks, and delivery issues proactively Provide input into platform evaluations and strategic technology decisions Review and approve test strategy; track testing progress, defects, and execution outcomes Ensure readiness, deployment completion, and post‑implementation support models Support user training, go‑live execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization Engage senior leadership on progress, risks, impediments, and outcomes Drive continuous improvement across delivery, quality, and operating model
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's. Experience
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading SAP S/4 led transformation delivery.
Skills :
Good knowledge of the business processes related to Hi-tech Manufacturing Good understanding of SAP S/4 Technical Architecture Strong understanding of system integration and data migration processes Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities: able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve Excellent Conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations Ability to engage in technology discussions and contribute to decisions Ability to identify and resolve impediments, issues, and risks to facilitate timely resolution Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools Interacts with stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope and timeline Travel
  • Up to 10-30% Fluency in English Language

  • $248,000.
