We currently operate more than 1 million square feet of self-owned warehouse space across Los Angeles, New Jersey, Chicago, Houston, and other locations, supported by our own trucking and transportation team. About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the full operations of our Houston warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes, accurate inventory control, and strict adherence to company policies as well as federal and state regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting the overall performance of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels Monitor performance metrics and support continuous process improvement Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics and fulfillment Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and generate data-driven reports Qualifications Associate degree or above; major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in overseas warehouse fulfillment (dropshipping / 3PL / order fulfillment) Strong understanding of WMS and solid data analysis abilities Prior team management experience is a plus Fluency in both
