About Us At Top Shelf Novelties, we are a fast-growing wholesale distribution company focused on providing excellent service, fast shipping, and a well-organized warehouse operation. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Wrap/unwrap pallets for larger order Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments Organize and stock products within the warehouse Add new products and item information to the company website Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Ensure orders are completed on time with attention to detail Requirements Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Basic computer skills required Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required Preferred Qualifications Experience with e-commerce platforms or product uploads Familiarity with shipping software and warehouse systems Forklift experience is a plus Benefits Competitive salary Opportunity for growth within the company Stable full-time position Supportive team environment
