At a Glance Job Title Warehouse Manager (Part-Time) Employment Type Part-Time, W-2 Employee Hours per Week 25 hours/week Schedule Monday - Friday, 4-5 hours per day Compensation $25.00 per hour Location On-site (Warehouse) Reports To Business Owner / Operations Lead About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Manager to join our small team. This role is the heartbeat of our daily operations — from processing online and wholesale orders to keeping inventory accurate and our event bins stocked and ready. You will work independently and take full ownership of the warehouse, ensuring every order goes out on time and everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Schedule & Commitment Monday through Friday availability required 4-5 hours per day, totaling approximately 25 hours per week Must be present during shipping windows to ensure all orders go out same day Consistent daily presence is essential — this role is not remote-compatible Compensation $25.00 per hour Paid weekly or bi-weekly. Hours logged daily. No benefits package at this time, however we are a growing brand with opportunities to expand this role. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Process and pack website (e-commerce) orders daily Process and fulfill wholesale orders accurately and on time Print shipping labels and hand off packages to carriers each weekday Maintain fulfillment standards for packaging quality and presentation Pop-Up & Event Preparation Pack and organize product kits for pop-up events Maintain pre-staged event bins so product is always ready to go Restock and reconcile event bins after each event Inventory Management Monitor stock levels for all SKUs on an ongoing basis Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic full inventory audits Record inventory adjustments and flag discrepancies promptly Reorder supplies and product when stock reaches low thresholds Coordinate with suppliers on lead times, MOQs, and delivery tracking Behind-the-Scenes Operations Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and easy to navigate Maintain labeling systems for shelves, bins, and storage areas Flag any operational issues, supply needs, or process improvements to ownership Support onboarding and documentation of warehouse procedures as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable with physical tasks — lifting boxes, organizing shelves, packing orders Reliable and punctual — consistent daily presence is a must Familiar with basic shipping platforms (Shopify, ShipStation, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Experience with inventory tracking or warehouse operations preferred Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small business Nice to Have Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or wholesale distribution Familiarity with small business tools (Google Sheets, Notion, etc.) Interest in retail, events, or consumer products

Pay:
