About the Role We're hiring a Fulfillment Manager to lead the floor at our DFW fulfillment center -- including a custom fulfillment program we're building for one of the most recognized global premium coffee brands in the world. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role. You'll lead a team running high-volume D2C e-commerce fulfillment for some of the most recognized brands in the country, including a custom program we're building for a top-tier global brand. If you've led people in a warehouse, fulfillment center, distribution center, 3PL, or e-commerce operation -- and you take pride in building strong teams and running a tight ship -- we want to meet you.
