Job Description

Executive Suites Relocation is a growing corporate housing company providing fully furnished accommodations throughout Texas and Southern Louisiana. Unlike many providers, we operate with our own furniture inventory, warehouse operations, delivery teams, and housekeeping staff, allowing us to deliver exceptional service to our corporate clients and guests. We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager / Furniture Lead to oversee furniture logistics, warehouse operations, installations, inventory management, and field crews. Position Summary The Operations Manager / Furniture Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our furniture division, ensuring apartments are furnished on time, inventory is maintained accurately, and installation crews operate efficiently. This role combines warehouse management, logistics coordination, team leadership, and quality control. Responsibilities Manage furniture installation and removal schedules for corporate housing units. Supervise warehouse personnel, movers, installers, and delivery teams. Coordinate furniture deliveries, pickups, and apartment setups. Maintain accurate inventory of furniture, housewares, appliances, and supplies. Conduct regular inventory audits and quality control inspections. Ensure apartments meet company standards prior to guest arrivals. Manage warehouse organization and operational efficiency. Coordinate with leasing, housekeeping, and client service teams. Train and develop field staff on company procedures and safety standards. Track company assets and minimize loss or damage. Assist with purchasing and vendor relationships. Monitor company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse operations. Participate in apartment installations and field operations as needed. Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). 2+ years of operations, logistics, warehouse, furniture rental, moving, or related experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory tracking. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both office and warehouse environments. Forklift experience is a plus. Corporate housing, furniture rental, hospitality, or moving industry experience is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits $45,000
